Christmas and Marathon

What a great Christmas we had this year. Lot's of food, family, football, and fun. I was out of school, and I took the whole week of Christmas off. I couldn't have asked for a better time. After Christmas Meieli and I ran our first ever Marathon. Well it was actually a half marathon, but why call it a half marathon when you just don't have too. So we ran a marathon, in Vegas with our best friends Alan and Heidi. My wonderful mom watched our kids and we drove to Vegas. We had such a great time, including the rockstar, the cop that pulled us over in a 65 mph zone that was only 2 miles long, and Alan always letting the ladies go first. Meieli also fell in love with Trader Joe's and is willing to add anyone to our will if you bring her stuff from there.


Meieli did such a great job with the tree this year. I actually helped this year too.


Gibson just couldn't help but grab the tree many many times every single day.


Brady really helped this year with the tree. Gibson just does everything that Brady does. He is even starting to throw mini tantrums like Brady, except Brady's aren't mini.

We went to Hoover dam. Alan couldn't look over the edge without peeing a little bit. I have to admit though, it was very eery.

Meieli and Heidi were trying to look sexy but all they could do was laugh.

This proves that we actually made it without dying. It was actually really fun. Iused to make fun of people that said running was fun, but it really was. The weather was perfect. When we left Idaho, it was -20. When we got to Vegas, it was 65. An 85 degree change!!
